“THEALIA”
In a verdurous landscape among olive trees and vines, we decided to create a small holiday unit. The deluxe apartments are located in one of the settlements of Gramvoussa and from its prominent position surveys the bay of Kissamos and the Cretan sea.
With respect to the environment and the local architecture we designed the ideal place for you. It is a two- storey building with stone facades and a swimming pool of 80 sq.m. The view to olive trees and vines is unhindered from all levels.
The building consists of 3 very comfortable apartments with all necessary facilities for calm and pleasant stay all year round. For the apartments’ interior warm colors, luxurious and comfortable furniture were chosen to offer restful and calm vacations.
The hotel can accommodate 18-20 persons in total.
“Thealia” is 9 minutes (6.4 km) away from Kissamos and approximately 40 minutes (46 km) away from the city and airport of Chania.
The construction of the hotel finished in March, 2009.
3-Bedroom Apartment Ground Floor
This apartment of about 110 sq.m. is on the ground floor and is suitable for up to 7 persons.
It features one (1) bedroom with a double bed, two (2) bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a comfortable common space with living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and two (2) bathrooms.
3-Bedroom Apartment First Floor
This apartment of about 110 sq.m. is on the first floor and is suitable for up to 7 persons.
It features one (1) bedroom with a double bed, two (2) bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a comfortable common space with living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and two (2) bathrooms.
2-Bedroom Apartment First Floor
This apartment of about 95 sq.m. is on the first floor and is suitable for up to 4 persons.
It features one (1) bedroom with a double bed, one (1) bedroom with 2 single beds, a comfortable common space with living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and one (1) bathroom.
How you will get here
Thealia is 6.4 Km from Kissamos, 46 Km away from Chania, 106 Km away from Rethymno and about 180 Km away from Heraklion.
If you are travelling from the mainland, there are daily ferry routes from Piraeus Port to Souda Port with luxury ships. The trip lasts 8-9 hours.
There are also daily 30’-flights from Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos” to Chania International Airport “Ioannis Daskalogiannis”.
